Does he like me more than friends?

So Im on the student council committee for my school. We had a Halloween dance. At the dance was my friend Josh, he was hanging with 2 friends. One of which is really hot. I was a Roller Derby Doll(we have a roller derby team in our state[my auntie Barbie is one]). There For I was wearing tiny spandex and a really tight wet suit shirt i looked good! He asked for my number. i grabbed his phone and took a pic of my self and saved my number later that night i got a text and he said hey its nate…. That was in October now its February we hang out a lot. Like for his birthday he invited me to a party. We have these really steamy and hot hugging sessions and hes met my dad and such hes always over for dinner IKD but we have like never kissed we always hold an and on his and mine wallpaper on every thing else is the picture were we are holding hands and really close face to face. Is he my best friend, or does he like me i just don’t want to make the wrong decision and mess everything up!
