HELLO I HAVE A BARBIE DOLL, MARKED MATTEL INC 1966 ON HER LOWER BACK. THEIR IS KNOW MARKNGS ON HER NECK OR ANY WHERE ELES. I NEED TO KNOW IF THIS IS A TRUE 1966 BARBIE. AND IF ANYBODY WOULD KNOW WHAT HER VALUE IS? IF SHES A TRUE 1966 BARBIE. WHAT I HAVE FOUND ON ENTERNET SAYS SHEWOULD HAVE JAPAN OR SOMTHING LIKE THAT ON HER. I CANT FIND ANY PLACE ON HER WHERE SHE WAS MADE. SHE HAS KNOW HOLESIN HER EARS OR FINGERS. HER ARMS ARE JUST A LITTL BENT.SHE HAS A SMALL SMILE WITH LIGHT PINK LIPS. I would think that you are better to find a local toy dealer or collector and take your barbie along to them and get her exmained.
