Ideas for my “Women in Context” speech?
For my speech in about a month, I have to choose one of the following topics and use it as a basis for my exploration of some aspect of “Women in context”:
1. Applications wanted
2. WANTED – one cookbook for the modern woman
3. Barbie looked Ken straight in the eye…
I will be marked on how well I use the topic in a creative, unusual and fresh way to demonstrate a perceptive understanding of the changing representations of women. I need to have sustained and purposeful development, and use an imaginative or unusual structure to express ideas, especially through the use of a powerful opening and closing. I also need to use appropriate and effective word choices to develop tone, empathy or emotive appeal.
If anyone has any ideas for what I can do, it would be much appreciated, as I am totally stuck. Thank you so much!!!
Learn all the Feminist Buzz Words and just read some Feminist Propaganda and I’m sure the women will love what you have to say.
Cookbook for the Modern Women, it’s called a take out menu.
Barbie Looked Ken in the eye – laughed and divorced him. Through her lawyer she made false abuse allegation and was awarded by the Feminist Friendly Family Court system, child custody, child support and the family home.
Ken was arrested on the false abuse allegations, served a restraining order and was ordered supervised visits with his children. He now sleeps on a friend’s couch since most of his paycheck goes to childsupport.
