Anybody advise me on a Barbie typewriter?

Hi, does anybodies daughter have a Barbie electronic typewriter? (kinda like a little wordprocessor). I’ve just got one off Ebay, but the letters are just typing over and over in the one same spot, the carriage is not moving forward at all. It has something called a “Daisy Wheel” on it.
Am I doing something wrong or have I bought a duffer? Not happy if I have as its for my daughter

Sorry, I dont know, but maybe you could call the company who sells it, without telling them you got it on ebay and just ask them if somethng is wrong.
