How do you decrease your bust size????
I’m sick of having big boobs. I lost a lot of weight hoping they’d go down in size. They went down a few sizes, but it’s still not enough. I have a tiny waist and none of my clothes fit properly. Trying to find a bra that fits me properly is next to impossible-i either have to spend a fortune at a bra shop or take it in. I’m size 8, but DD cup. I just want to be able to walk into a shop and have something fit me properly that’s nice and not go out and have people staring at my boobs. Any tips. I’m doing weight training, it dosen’t seem to be working. I don’t want surgery, but I’m at the point where its bugging the heck out of me and I’m tempted to fill out again so at least I’m in propotion and not bimbo barbie. I can’t loose anymore weight. I’m bordering on a BMI of 18 for my height. And i’m trying to avoid surgery at all costs.
