How much would a $500 G-STAR jacket in Australia, be in Bangkok, Thailand?
I’m in Australia at the moment and I am going to Bangkok tomorrow, i would like to know how much a $500 jacket over in Australia, would be in Bangkok, (i know everything is extremely cheap over there)
I am only asking because a few friends have asked me to buy them some stuff and i don’t want to waste all my spending money on buying them things when i need to buy myself stuff too!!

I would say that you would pay around AU$50 – AU$60 (about 1300 baht) for a good quality. I would personally buy them in Bangkok, I found it cheaper and sometimes better quality than Phuket.
Some other brands to keep an eye out for are Ed Hardy. You can get some really good copies of these for a pretty good price. I got 2 t-shirts and a belt for AU$40, which i was happy with.
A few final reminders:
If a sellers offers 1000 baht, offer one third of that, so about 300 baht. Then i would go up to 400 max. If they say no, walk off they will usually chase you down the street to make a sale and you will get it for 400 baht. If you miss out on it and you really liked it, go back in the next few days because it will still be there, they have heaps of them.
Also never buy the first thing that you like. Walk arouns at the markets to find the best price that you can.
