American parenting is terrible now!?
Parents need to learn how to raise their friggin kids. Honestly I see these kids (ages 3 – 
doing stupid things at where I work as a cashier. This whiny spoiled little 5 yr. old girl kept throwing a doll she wanted in the cart. The mother told her no, but girl kept whining until she finally snapped. She threw herself onto the floor in a tantrum. Hitting and even spitting in her moms face, and even cursed her out. And the worse I heard her say was “You get the Naughty corner”. (Are you serious!?!) The girl rolled her eyes and sarcastically said “Oh No! I’m sooo scared!”
The mom needs a swift kick and the little girl a good butt-woopin.
yes, I see a lot of this. Parents are taught, these days, by psychologists not to hurt their childrens’ feelings, so they do their best to walk around any type of behavior so they they don’t have to make their kids uncomfortable, humiliated, or upset at their parents and these are the things that build well behaved children and good citizens. The poor information that makes parents so insecure about disciplining these days is the same information that builds sociopaths. It is just about time that someone step in and say that these psychologists have to stop informing parents of any of their ideas and go back to what grandma used to do. There are good families out there; most of them are homeschooled. We have 4 well behaved children and when we are in public, no one knows that they are even with me bc they are so quiet. They never ask for anything unless I offer. So, don’t lose hope on all of us but I do agree that this mother needs to be set straight. Her daughter is the parent.
