Can you tow a PT Cruiser GT with Auto Stick with four wheels down?
We want to tow our 05 Pt Cruiser GT behind a motorhome. We found a site that says it can’t be towed at speeds over 45 even with a tow dolly. I need to know if this is true or can I tow it with four wheels down in neutral.
This transaxle provides no lube while the engine is off, as the trans pump is not spinning. There is an electric pump you can have installed , somewhat expensive, that allows you to pump fluid through the transaxle for 4-wheel towing, but almost always voids your warranty.
