Can anyone help me decide what to ask my boyfriend to make (out of these)?

I’ve always loved dollhouses ever since I was a kid. But we’ve always lived in apartments and we’ve never had any space. So all my dollhouses were like…small. And plastic. I’ve never had any nice wooden dollhouses. Then my boyfriend saw me browsing through the page and promised me he’d make me one of those.
Which one should I pick? I really like the San Francisco townhouse but I dunno! There’s so many good stuff on there, I can’t decide!
I got my own place now, by the way. And the apartment has enough space.
Of course, I’m not gonna play with them. It will just be for display.
I like the Grandville because of the two slanted rooms in the attic. I definitely would NOT paint it yellow though. I also like the fenced porch.
But this is my style, big country houses. You should pick what you like the best. You are going to look at it all the time. You know how your apartment is decorated and what would be the best fit for you.
