Does Roger Waters have anything against Israel and/or Jewish people?
He had a “The Wall” concert in Israel (at a village where Arabs and Israelies live together, for the whole peace thing) that was mostly all about protesting against Israel to take down those walls that they built around Gaza in order to stop the suicide bombing. Now although I don’t completely agree with his message… I understand his point. But is he just 100% against Israel, or just that specific thing with the walls? I also heard that one of the animations had planes dropping bombs in the shapes of Jewish stars and then dollar signs, implying something about Jews.. is that true? I just wanna know he isn’t totally against the country and just wants something to be done. Any thoughts?
The bombs were supplied, as is most of Israels weapons, by the US so I guess that’s what he was trying to say. As for these walls they are not around Gaza as its just guarded by security fences and watch towers as the IDF like to see whats going on in Gaza. The walls you mentioned are surrounding the illegal settlements in the West Bank and there are hundreds of miles of them. Bit like the Berlin wall. Remember. ?
