ebay question. I need some help.?

I went on ebay and bid on a 300 dollar dirt bike. My dad told me I bid to high on something that ends in 20 hours. My dad is so mad what should I do?
p.s. I’m only 12
I bid on a similar Item from the same seller but lost it.The guy who won it for 290 dollars, so I bidon the second item for 300 which I thought was sensible
how do i cancel my bid?

It works like this. You bid 400 and the bike is at 300, your bid is 300.

Another bidder bids 350 and is automatically outbid by you, but your bid is now 350. They bid 450, and you are outbid. But if you bid 400, and it sells for 300, you pay 300.
