Whats the name of this TV show?

ok so I used to watch it when I was a kid probably around 1997-2001 some where in there. It was a cartoon on YTV. Had a red convertible, a guy who reminded me of Ken the barbie doll. He had a girl with him all the time, brunette I think, and a T-Rex lol, like the dinosaur.Most of the time I believe they were in a jungle? If anyone knows the name of this show it would be awesome!

It’s slightly older coming out in ’93 but it was on YTV and it had a red Cadillac and dinosaurs, a chick, a dude and it took place mostly in a jungle with the occasional desert thrown in.
