Does anyone know about Foreign Astronaut Barbie 1985?

I recently came across a vintage 1985 Barbie Astronaut Doll in its original box. It has a silver backing with the BARBIE logo on the front BUT- unlike all the US versions I have seen it has the words “Astronaut” written in four languages across the front without the catchphrase written on the US version. I cant seem to find any info on this type of doll does anyone know anything?
